The ACTEC Foundation Announces Six New Directors

Washington, DC, March 21, 2024: The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Foundation today announced that six ACTEC Fellows were elected to The Foundation’s Board of Directors on Friday, March 8, during ACTEC’s 2024 Annual Meeting, held in Phoenix, Arizona.

Foundation President John T. Rogers, Jr. (2023-2026) chaired the 2024 ACTEC Foundation Nominating Committee, with members David F. Edwards, Benetta Y. Park, Bruce S. Ross, and Jeffrey C. Thede.

Six ACTEC Fellows were elected as Foundation Directors for an initial three-year term ending in 2027: Todd A. Flubacher, Cynthia G. Lamar-Hart, Judy Y. Lee, R. Hugh Magill, Stephanie Perry, and Anita J. Siegel.

Three ACTEC Fellows were elected as Officers for a one-year term ending in 2025: Lora G. Davis, Vice President,   T. Randolph Harris, Treasurer, and Kendis Key Muscheid, Secretary.

Also elected as Foundation Director for a second three-year term ending in 2027 are ACTEC Fellows Lora G. Davis and
Alan F. Rothschild, Jr.
