ACTEC Foundation Grants

The ACTEC Foundation supports professional development and education in trust and estate law. Grants are typically related to one of one or more areas:

  • Estate Planning, including preparation and implementation of wills, trusts and other documents, and related tax laws;
  • Administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and special needs individuals through probate or other procedures;
  • Business and personal planning, including investments and employee benefits;
  • Litigation involving the foregoing;
  • Improvements and reform of probate, trust and related tax laws and procedures;
  • Professional responsibility and standards related to the foregoing.

Our grants support lawyers in their practice in these areas or to law students and scholars who may be interested in this field so they may provide better service to the public in these areas.
