Welcome to The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Foundation (“ACTEC Foundation”) website. The ACTEC Foundation welcomes visitors to our website, which can be browsed without the need to submit any personal information online.

We use this information to complete the transactions you request, including for billing purposes and to contact you if we have trouble processing an order. For donations, we may contact you to discuss the terms of your donation, and/or to invite you to donate again to ACTEC Foundation. The ACTEC Foundation will not sell, rent, share, exchange, or otherwise disclose the data to others outside of the ACTEC Foundation, except as described in this Policy.
