The ACTEC Foundation welcomes visitors to our website, which can be browsed without the need to submit any personal information online.
The ACTEC Foundation may collect the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, the name of your internet service provider, tags, web beacons, the browser and type of machine you are using, the website that referred you to the ACTEC Foundation, and the pages of ACTEC Foundation’s website that you visit. For donations, we may contact you to discuss the terms of your donation, and/or to invite you to donate again to ACTEC Foundation. The ACTEC Foundation will not sell, rent, share, exchange, or otherwise disclose the data to others outside of the ACTEC Foundation, except as described in this Policy. Children Under the Age of 13
ACTEC Foundation’s website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The ACTEC Foundation’s electronic communications provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future automated communications. Governing Law /Jurisdiction
