Home Run Derby Final Results
…And The Winner Is
Your 2026 ACTEC Foundation Home Run Derby ended yesterday with Mickey “The Mick” Davis of Houston, Texas taking home the title by raising an incredible total of $15,316 for The Foundation. Congratulations, Mickey!
As the innings progressed, The Mick delivered a powerhouse performance, holding the top spot on the Scoreboard for most of the Derby’s final rounds. But it was a nail biter!! After starting out at the bottom of the order in Round 1, The Mick rallied in dramatic fashion, taking Rounds 2, 3, and 4 to complete a comeback worthy of the highlight reel. And when the pressure was highest, he delivered his biggest swing: In Round 4, as the Derby reached full intensity, he crushed it, raising a staggering $5,930, sending his final drive deep into the stands and sealing the victory.
Bobby “Sluggerrr” Kirkland powered his way to second place, bringing in an outstanding $9,515 for The Foundation.
Close behind, Stacy “The Fiduciary Fireball” Rubel claimed third place, raising $8,720 and keeping the pressure on until the final out.
Thank you to all of our Derby sluggers!
