The ACTEC
Foundation Mission
The ACTEC Foundation’s mission is to promote scholarship, education, and community outreach in trust, estate, tax, charitable, and related areas of the law. The Foundation serves professionals, students, and the public by providing grants for an array of educational programs, widely available resources, scholarships, legal research, and scholarly writing competitions, among other activities in these areas of the law.
The ACTEC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers education to families and professionals and supports students interested in the trust and estate area of the law.

ACTEC Law Journal Student Editorial Board
In conjunction with the College, The ACTEC Foundation provides funding to the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra for the Student Editorial Board, the team responsible for citation editing for the ACTEC Law Journal, the legal publication of ACTEC.
