Race of the Regions – Derby Update
The 2022 ACTEC Foundation Spring Derby galloped to a start on Monday, with eight jockeys Riding for the Cup in the third ACTEC Foundation Spring Derby. As of Friday morning, jockeys have raised $10,250 to benefit the important resources the Foundation provides.
Congratulations to Farhad Aghdami of the Southeast Region on being the first jockey to reach and exceed the $3,000 individual goal, having raised $4,300 so far. Who is going to catch Sweet Virginia? Donate to move your horse forward! The official Derby will run until Monday, May 23 at 3:00 PM ET. The winning jockey will receive the coveted ACTEC Foundation Derby Cup and bragging rights.
