I am pleased to introduce to you the 7th Class of Dennis I. Belcher Young Leaders. This year’s class includes four outstanding individuals: Brian Balduzzi of Philadelphia, PA; Caitlin Horne of Charlotte, NC; René Morency of Clayton, MO; and Melisa Seyhun of Chicago, IL.
