ACTEC Foundation Longest Drive Challenge: Final Results
Fundraising Success!
Thanks to the generous contributions of ACTEC Fellows, The Foundation has surpassed its fundraising goal of $35,000, raising over $44,000! This support is invaluable in funding the programs of The Foundation, including the annual Mary Moers Wenig Student Writing Competition and the Dennis I. Belcher Young Leaders Program. The Foundation also supports key public T&E outreach projects, including the ACTEC Estate Planning Essentials videos and the ACTEC Trust and Estate Talk podcasts. Many of the projects The Foundation funds for ACTEC can be found in ACTEC’s Resource Center.
The Winner of the Green Jacket Is—Dana G. Fitzsimons, Jr.!
The Southeastern Region’s Dana G. Fitzsimons, Jr. aced every round, raising $4,450 during the first round—setting a Spring Fundraiser record by meeting the players’ individual fundraising goal ($4,375) in the first week—and pushed forward to raise a total of $15,535 for The Foundation!
The Rocky Mountain Region’s Stephanie M. Tuthill raised an impressive $5,375 to finish second overall, and Elizabeth Holland Hutchins, representing the Southern Region, was close behind, raising $4,750 to finish third.
The College extends heartfelt thanks to all Fellows who donated and the ACTEC Regents who made this year’s Spring Fundraiser a success! Your support plays a vital role in advancing the trust and estate field.
